Summary: Our company is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for monitoring general accounting practices, budgeting, developing internal accounting controls, tracking high volume corporate client accounts in coordination with accounting teams in India and China. The successful candidate for this position will play an instrumental role in the financial future of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation for multiple plants operational centers

· Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies to enhance compliance and controls

· Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability to improve productivity and reduce manual process

· Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams

· Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules

· Completing transition from legacy ERP system to EIQ by IQMS

· Creation of Macros which eliminates manual effort

· Simplification of Inter-company transfer and reconciliation process

· Ensure financial integrity and promote stewardship for compliance with all internal and GAP requirements

Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required (Master’s degree preferred)

· 5+ years’ experience as a certified public accountant

· 10+ years’ experience in an accounting leadership role

· Exceptional leadership abilities

· Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required

· Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals. Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
