Job Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Location: Mountain View

Salary: $13-$16/hour, depends on experience

Job Overview

This position is primarily responsible for answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors/customers. The role will also perform other office administrative duties such as filing, and light A/P and A/R. Great opportunity for someone eager to learn office work.

Requirements:

Minimal administrative experience.
Must have great customer service skills.
Quickbooks experience is a plus.
Bookkeeping experience in A/P or A/R would be nice, but is not a “must have”.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Minimum 18 years of age
High School Diploma
