About the Job



 



My client's design-and-technology-driven products enhance some of the world's most recognisable landmarks. But great customers deserve great service. And they need product and service information, and help with resolving technical issues.


 


Among your responsibilities will be to:


Issue Quotes, maintain quote log and CRM entries.


Review incoming orders against quotes, technical compatibility, etc.


Front line phone inquiries - Assisting customers with product selections, and answering basic product questions; General order status inquiries.


Handle customer inquiries and complaints


Provide information about the products and services


Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns


Document and update customer records based on interactions


Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


 


Expected experience:


Previous experience in a customer-facing rôle.


Solid working experience with Excel.


Exposure to ERP systems


Ability to prioritize and multitask


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


It will help if you have a background in architecture or construction.
