Dolls Kill is an online shopping destination for the Misfits and the Miss Legits. Our brand has a strong cult following and embraces the essential elements of individuality, and diverges from the contrived styles of today's fashion industry.
We're looking for an entry-level Customer Service Representative who's passionate about our brand, has a positive attitude, loves working with people, and is an excellent communicator on all platforms: email, text, chat, and social.
We work in an environment that cares about our employees and our customers. This is a role where you can work from where you want, while still being part of an amazing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve inbound customer contacts via email, text, chat, and social
- Identify customer issues and provide proactive solutions
- Communicate with our customers in a clear, concise, and positive tone
- Provide above and beyond service to every customer you interact with
- Stay up to date on internal process and policies
- Balance efficiency and speed with high level of service
- Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure proper service is being delivered


- Customer obsessed and super friendly
- Tech savvy
- Interested in fashion
- 1 year of retail experience
- 1 year of E-commerce customer service experience (preferred)
- Reliable, high speed internet access


- Ability to work remotely (must have reliable, high speed internet access)
- 8 hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday required with the option to work additional weekdays if desired
